NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) — Nampa Police are asking for the public's help to identify a thief who stole two packages from the 1000 block of South Holly Street.
Home security video shows him being driven to the area by a silver convertible car while wearing a maroon polo shirt and a blue "LA" hat. He also had dark facial hair.
